Keep reading the DB book,

DB'ing is counterintuitive.

So thats partially where the 180 comes in.

Stop pursuing her. Learn what that means.

Let her control the contact.

Do what works. Read the 37 rules.

Come up with short solution oriented goals, that are things that YOU can CONTROL.

You can't CONTROL her, only you.
So make yourself into someone that only a fool would leave.
