I'm going minimal contact from this point on. I am also going to start journaling so I can see where things seem to make a difference. I'm going to Dallas next weekend for 4 days and then the weekend after she is having a breast augmentation surgery. So it will make it a little easier for minimal contact. I do like to try and see son everyday so I I'm going to pick him up from her as bring him places instead of playin there. Any other ideas?
