Recently Separated and Need Help

I did call my H to give him a courtesy call about the support increase. He flipped out. He has now blocked me from his Facebook and twitter accounts. Why is he so upset with me? I didn't ask for an increase! The domestics office is going after his arrears. I'm not sure what to do now. We were doing so well, and now it's even worse then when he originally left. The only thing I can think to do at this point is go dark. Any other suggestions?
