You are right I am very emotional and wound up.

I'm trying to find a way to deal with this that doesn't just include time.
Not much advice out there about infidelity during separation. I guess that because very few would see it as infidelity. Whether it is or not that's what it feels like because I never really let go.

I will try and leave it.
I get the feeling my W is going to start badgering me one way or the other and all I will have to say that I'm not over something that I shouldn't need to get over.
