AD's will take some of the edge off the depression, but it will not alleviate it entirely. Her crisis will continue. Don't be surprised if she goes off of them in a short while. Most mlcers do not stay on them very long because they don't like the way that they feel while being medicated.
Listen to what she has to say when she comes home. Don't push for information.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
