Two appearances so far for no progress - just adjournment dates. It has cost me over $7500 to date....
I gave mediation one last shot in the hope that he'd see the light and agree to do the settlement outside of court.
And you're right; he isn't a candidate for mediation. Medication, yes, but not mediation. And I'm not really joking. He stopped taking BD medication around 18 months before bomb drop, as far as I can tell.
