I guess this is both good and bad. There were quite a few really hurtful things said. Some things, that upon careful examination just could not have been true. Even so, it was reality for her, so I must deal with it. Maybe it really is best if she forgets some of these comments!
With my W, if she remembered all she said and did, I think it would be too much for her to try to seek forgiveness, she wouldn't be able to live with herself, and probably would run again...and that is not the goal here, is it?
I think that they remember what they really need to, eventually, in their own time, when they are more ready to deal with it, idk.
