Maybe she just wasn't ready to take this relationship any further. Maybe she used the too nice as a catch all sort of excuse. I really don't know, I have never broken up with anyone.
Regardless, I would evaluate the progress you made in the relationship as well as anything that seemed to come up as an issue. From everything I have read from your posts, youare a great guy and soon I bet you will find your wonderful girl.
