Yes, keep up what you're doing. It seems to be working -- no guarantees, but with patience and continuation of acting as-if, being positive, and having a life, he may change his mind.

I do, act "as if", no contact unless he initiates and get on with my life with or without him. Doesn't mean I'm giving up, but after receiving the actual papers I can't change his mind, he has to.
