Sleeper: Document. Keep track of everything. The whole thing is a nightmare but try to keep the drama out of it. I'm guessing your son enjoyed the sleepover & your daughter wanted the babysitting $. Best not to disrupt that for their sakes.
Is your ex wrong? Absolutely. But best to deal with the lawyer & judge - not to make yourself the bad guy in front of the kids.
