I am just wondering if anyone has heard anything or learned anything through counseling or meeting with micelles team that really helped them move forward.

I feel as if I take one step forward and 20 back all the time.

Just wondering what has helped all of you feel better

Hi, I can tell you that over the years, hundreds of folks have told me how incredibly helpful their DB coach has been. Each situation is unique, so the coaching is different for each situation. But I often hear, 'I couldn't imagine doing this alone, having my coach help understand why our relationship is where it is, and what I can actually say and do in very specific situations as they come up, so that I stay strong, on track and feel good about myself. With these newly learned skills and insight, they begin to feel good about their situation and how to handle it. If you do want to talk to a coach, I can offer you a $30 discount today. Take good care

linz, while Karen does work for The Divorce Busting Center, I would say that pretty much everyone I know who has obtained a coach has received appropriate and very valuable support and information to help move themselves forward as well as likely helping move them towards R.

I have seen some people question certain advice, yet from my perspective, the advice IS VERY APPROPRIATE for that unique sitch.

If you can afford it, I would highly recommend it. Like many things, the value you receive will far exceed any capital cost.

I agree that the advice given is tailored for your sitch and is VERY APPROPRIATE, like KD has already said.

If I had to say one thing, I'd say GAL. You have to work thru your own issues, you have to learn and come to grips with your M, your life, your spouse, your future, etc. But GAL really helps balance out the "work." It helps you keep your sanity and rediscover yourself.
