Good question and one that I was asking a few weeks back when my W kept discussing splitting assets, what house she liked etc.

Maybe have a look at my threads and see what others said.

I've not been through that yet but from what people have said the best thing to do is say something like: ' I don't want us to divorce, but I do want you to be happy. And if divorce is what you feel will make you happy I will support you with that.'

Try not to resist but a the same time do not do H job for him. He is pushing the D let him do the leg work. Just for your own peace of mind seek legal advice for yourself so you know what to expect, what your rights are etc.
