If that's a boundary issue for you, you're within your rights to kindly state that you would appreciate him letting you know before he stops by. I did that with my H. It's showing respect for you and if you want to redefine your R with H, you may need to teach him how to show you respect. BUT wait for a few days or better yet, the next time he pops in is when you'd just casually state that you'd sure like it if he'd warn you ahead of time.
