Crazy crazy night. I stop after work to look for some things for S's birthday. I find a great deal on a shirt and jeans for S. $3 for the shirt, $10 for the jeans. I found a pair of boots for D on clearance that I actually got for free. Some line item discount. Weird huh? Even H was impressed with my shopping prowess! Lol!
H left to pick up S from soccer practice and D stayed with me and I got her ready for bed and got her teeth brushed. She was in bed by the time H got back and then all heck broke looseS she had an absolute fit because of something H said and it was off to the races. She even threw her library book. I saw it on the floor and I asked him I he was going to talk to her about that since it was school property and it is unacceptable for her to mistreat those books. He said well I'm going to let her calm down first. I just walked away. Ten seconds later he opens her door and tells her it is unacceptable for her to throw her library books because they are school property. Huh??? Is there an echo in here?
I should not laugh but she is so much like me it's uncanny. She has a temper and she gets so mad she has to let it out or she will blow. Heck my parents didn't get divorced and I still had fits like that. He even mumbled to me "Lord help the man who marries that girl!" I did have to laugh at that comment. She is her her mom and her grandma rolled into one. If H and OW think they are rid of me they are wrong because they have the little one to contend with who is 10 times worse. H thinks his eldest son and I didn't get along wait until you put D and OW in the same house. Hoo ha! You want to see fireworks?
By the way when D was having her meltdown I went into H's room to talk to him and he was in his underwear. He didn't seem embarrassed at all. I think he wanted me to see it. No thanks. I couldnt look. I thought I would go blind. I also noticed that OW was calling during our talk (while he was in his underwear). He didn't bother to answer and he did not call her right back. She was probably ticked about that. But it was 9:30. Hello sugarplum...he has kids to spend time with and a wife to solve problems with. Get your sweet @$$ to the back of the line!!!
