It sounds like it's all of the above. These guys are nuts. He sounds so much like my H. If I were to respond I would make it laconic: e.g. "I'm sorry you feel that way" and state my boundaries regarding the friendship thing. Keep your cool B.M. You are an amazing lady. You deserve so much better.
