XH accidentally ran into youngest D a couple of weeks ago, and grandson didn't know who he was. That's how long it's been since he's had contact with them. That has set off a rash of midnight texts ( which the girls suspect he is drunk)saying he misses them etc. I'm sure having his grandson look him in the eyes and not know who he was was upsetting, but what did he expect. He has made no effort to see them even when he came to town. Always demanded they come see him, and in doing so, accept the OW. Package Deal. Now he has grandsons who no longer know who he is, one he has only seen a few seconds, and one on the way he doesn't even know about, and may never know. It's so maddening.

Gunny - good terms? What's that? XH is doing everything in his power to keep me from getting the 50% of his retirement that I am entitled to. Going so far as to tern down concurrent retirement/disability in favor of just Disability. Now we have to go back to court. It's like this stuff never ends.
