In truth though I think it is hitting W self esteem even hard. She was a proud career woman when we met and a proud W and mother.
For her to leave and go on benefits confirms to me how desperate she was to get out and I have some serious work to do to make sure that a life with me would be better.
But yes, a bit more common sense from a govt that supposedly supports M yet makes it so easy to leave one would help
