Im lbs - 12 yrs

We are in a 3 week no contact period

1-contact.... if i understand i wait until she initiates and wants to talk

2-i have made my feelings very clear - she's "thinking"

How do i manage and navigate the first real talk since her move out?

3- i believe counselling and forgiveness can repair our life - how do i bring this up

4-how do i get her to open up and talk about her missing needs
