I am new here and just reading your post. My H is 42 and very likely going through MLC. I especially liked "Knowing when to talk about something and when to just let it go" from your list. That was also , I believe my biggest weakness. Controlling those urges can be very hard. I nagged him a lot when he dropped the bomb, but now I am calm, and somehow independent.

Glad you were able to find some useful info - these boards are great for that, I used someone else's list to get started on mine.
It's VERY hard to keep your mouth shut and not nag. Just have to remember that most of the time during this it isn't going to help - just set things back. I'm going to check out your thread.
