T, I'm glad things went well last night. You gave her the option of whether or not to talk about her email and when she saw that you weren't going to force the issue, she started talking. Mlcers have to be given an option so that THEY can make THEIR own decisions. It's about control, nothing more.
She's baking up quite nicely and a slow way, which is good. You don't want to rush the process and then she run back up into the tunnel the first time something isn't to her liking.
