PON, That sounds like an incredible experience. I admire your strength and determination to be the BEST you. Out on the West Coast, there is a program called Landmark Forum. Do you know if they are similar? I would like to attend EE but thought that Landmark is much closer and will also provide more opportunities for follow-up for me due to location. Thank you, PON, and all the best!

Not to answer for him, but you may want to read EE's website. It's not the same as Landmark & it is discussed on their website. (I've attended both, as well as EST and some workshops out here in southern California.)

For ME, Essential Experience was safer, & more supportive and...dug much deeper.

Also, if you wish, you can avail yourself of free housing at EE, as a participant or as a Team member (i.e., someone who gets training and helps the new participants) and you can do "Team" later on, at no expense.

I did EE years ago, I've done Team 6 times since, at no additional cost.

If anything is remotely similar to EE, it might be Lifespring. OR so I was told by someone.

Hope this helps.

25 if this speaks to the workshop.

I gave my cell phone # to an old greek lady that gives me massage therapy. She is moving and doesn't know many people in our area. I offered to help her move and gave her a hug goodbye before I left.

What 25 says above ^^^^ is spot on.

25 it was also a pleasure to meet you in person and appreciate you driving me past my inertia and giving me your time and support.

NeedGrace, have you checked out "Imago" therapy? They offer it for singles and couples around your area. I have no direct experience with it, but heard good stuff from, I think, Valeska. Plus I have to say their material looked good on their website.

Granted, it's about couples, and won't necessarily address personal core issues from childhood or baggage but if it's about interacting with others, it sounded good.

Love Imago!! Yes it is primarily for couples but I use it in everyday life. It's about validating others opinions and make it safe for them to express themselves.

It was life-changing for me as it completely re-constructed my way of communicating to my friends, family, and someday - my future partner.

no problem on hijack. I often found 25 by hijacking and if I didn't I wouldn't be where I am today.
