You did fine Sam. It takes a few tries to get it down and it's really hard not to "react" when they're there in person, and really pressuring you like she was.
I think that was pretty rude of her to interrupt you on a confernece call.
Do you have an attorney?
My 2cents. Get an attorney, let him handle all of it, and don't talk to her anymore about it. Sounds like she's trying to rush things.
