Listen to 25Years and cut yourself some slack. I can think of a few hundred situations where a D- would've been a generous grade for my DB-ing. All is not lost.
Step back and lick your wounds. It doesn't sound as if you are in any condition to take ANY action, so don't do anything. You have more power than you think, even though it doesn't feel like it.
She's like a spinning top right now. Let her spin herself silly. Eventually a top stops spinning if you leave it alone, it's physics. Just don't be the one to pump her back up. Sadly, any interaction can provide that energy for her. Step back, keep any responses short and business-like and take care of yourself.
