I briefly have just read through your last page on the thread.

First of all pat yourself on the back. You're doing good, though it may not feel like it.

Second, in regards to the discussion you had with your wife in regards to the divorce and counseling..... that's typical!

My XH said the exact same thing almost verbatim as your W did.

I too responded similar to you, but soon decided to keep it sweet, short and let my attorney deal with it all.

What I found interesting, is when I decided to back off, be quiet, give him the divorce he wanted and let my attorney do all the talking, XH went ballistic.

If this happens in your situation, remember keep your business hat on and leave your emotions out of it. If she starts to get angry, just stick to your guns that you are looking out for your best interests and leave it alone.
