Ugh. I feel for you so much. These OP's put such a wrench in getting a clear picture of our sitchs. I know we have had positive changes for ourselves, and I know that we can translate them into our Rs yet, the OP reality makes it harder, in my opinion. And I know the changes we have made are real, and I know they will be with us no matter what.
