Started DB late - have I destroyed all chances?

So, I'm wondering if H checking up on me is a part of MLC as well.

I've been DB since end of Nov. There was some progress and H noticed, but we've had some regression since then. Lately, he is checking my phone and voicemail. He is picking up books I'm reading that are laying on my bed (we have separate beds right now) and reading the back to see what they're about. When it's my night out and I put make-up on and smell nice, he makes comments about my "mysterious date" (even in front of the kids!)

Now, is this my DB at work? He swears we are never having a relationship again and I know he has a lot of hurt from our past. I want our marriage and have told him many, many times that I love him and pray that this will work out.

Any thoughts?
