Hi Carole: I'm not that wise. Just think of my posts as a condensed version of 16 months of reading questions and answers and journals on here for up to 3-4 hours a day almost every single day. When I'm in a tough spot I research, and the depth of info on here day by day is limitless. It can become an obsession.

But it's really been helping me to change myself into a better person. I will always have a long way to go. I'm glad my input helps you in dealing with your own very tough situation.
