Rachael, I would not tell him anything at this point. You do not want to tip your hand. See your lawyer first and do not share w/him anything that your lawyer tells you unless the lawyer advises you otherwise.
If you are still have sexual relations w/him, be sure to use protection and also, make an appointment to be test for STDs. You need to protect your finances, assets and your health.
