No one is pointing anything at you, I promise. I don't feel you are justifying, I think you are talking things out. And you need to do that. And I hope you continue to do that. You have clearly acknowledged plenty of "fault" in your own situation as do I. But for me, it is helpful to hear your story as it has been to hear CV's (and plenty of people on the other boards for that matter).
