Where has she been staying? Does she just leave the kids with you?

Doesn't tell me b/c it's none of my business as far as she's concerned. I believe she's staying with Steve most nights, maybe family on some nights. I don't have the kids, I've hardly seen them in weeks.

So why does she keep going back to where you live? If you don't see the kids, I would try not to worry about them.

Technically, legally, still lives here...under PA law. I miss the baby most of all b/c I bonded with her most. I feel bad for the kids b/c of the way they're being bounced around and sleeping on chairs and floors.

I don't get it. How can she legally live there when you're not married? I don't know why she's even coming around since she packed up and left. Stop the contact with her.

Hasn't packed up. She gets mail here and PA considers this her legal residence because of that.

Then forward her mail elsewhere and pack up the rest of her things to pick up.

Forwarding mail won't work, just the way it is in PA.

Can't say that emotionally I'm doing any better at detaching. I miss her and the kids a lot. I am just avoiding sending her random texts though.

I don't get it. Then don't have her over any more and tell her she needs to forward her mail. Simple.

She just came in the door and went upstairs without a word. I went up to see if she's was going to be in the bathroom. She's coming down with pads and I say "oh, you're not staying". She just holds up the pads and walks. I say "have a good day" and she just keeps walking. I ask "are you not even talking to me politely anymore?". She says "I have my period and I'm a bitch. I'm in pain and might be going to the hospital. It's my first day off from both jobs and I'm trying not to fight with you or give you any attitude". I say "I'm not giving attitude, I asked a question and said have a good day". She say "I said I'm not giving you attitude so I'm just trying to leave". I shake my head and walk away while she heads out the door. Then I text "Sorry to hear you might go to the hospital. I hope you're alright."
