New to DB and love the lists of things not to do. I have already instituted a.few:

No calling, texting, emailing unless necessary or in response to H
Hitting the gym
Keeping busy around house
Not asking questions about work...often led to nagging
Hit 56 lb mark yesterday...feeling wonderful
Pleasant around H
Focusing in S

I would love to hear about other 180s....and hopefully success with DB. These posts have encouraged me to work on me...focus on myself and the my H has the problem
