BK, forgiveness is an awesome thing. I've read other stories similar to that and have wondered what my reaction would be. How do people find it within them to forgive on that level?
Next month will be the 3rd anniversary of my mother's death and these last 3 years have been about me learning to forgive her. I feel that I'm almost there because I can see that she was a flawed being doing the best with what she had. She was not purely mean, she had both good and bad as we all do.
It's a complicated thing but I'm getting there.
