I like this me, too.

Something else I've found helpful, discipline. It's been a challenge for me and I don't mean standing in the corner or wearing a dunce cap discipline.

I need to discipline myself to do the things that help me feel better. Today I'm a little down because I didn't sleep well last night, most likely due to too much caffeine yesterday. One of my intentions for this year is to cut down caffeine intake but yesterday I overindulged.

So I pay for it today.

Other things on my list that I need to be more disciplined about:
meditation
yoga
reading for fun
reading for information
bike!
mindful eating
getting outside everyday for at least 20 minutes (might sound crazy but my work days are often 12-13 hours and sometimes I don't even look outside. It's dark when i go to work and dark when I come home.
minimal wine

I just need to keep coming back to my intentions.

Let me give up the need to know why things happen as they do.
