I'm honestly concerned about quitting drinking. For me at least that will be spanked. Quitting smoking cigarettes that's a different story.
The legal advice I received is that I don't have to move out if I don't want to. Worst case scenario would be if she tried a restraining order based on the meltdown and alleged threats to her. I say alleged b/c I don't believe I directly did that. If she did try to get a restraining order, I'd likely lose my job. We would each then have a bigger financial problem. Do I even try to research if I made those statements directly? Also, forget the legal implications for a moment, in the spirit of DBing do I stay or do I go? Is this a WAS using easy ammo to get rid of me?
