I figure its GOT to get better or it might kill me.
I do have a few days where it IS better, but then something triggers a relapse and down I go.

Btw, I see you have twins as well - 4 all together too. Thank heavens for those kiddos, some times I wonder if they are what keeps me from completely drowning in the whirlpool.
