Wow don't get your tonsils out nearing when approaching 40
that's a ROUGH one I know. Of all the injuries and surgeries my h has had from accidents, or sports injuries, the tonsils hurt him the most BY FAR...and he's a macho guy.
That's what the pain meds are for. EVEN HE took them...and eventually he found that warm salt water gargles really do help. When your doctor says you can.
