I'm glad your kids got to see him. I know how hard it is on them. Stay strong with the gym. It was helped me so much through my ordeal. I still love going.
At least you know what he is doing and who with. That should give you some idea abut what you want to do. I know, if she stays in his life, you will always resent the time she gets with him and your kids. But look at it like this. You deserve someone who is going to be by your side ALWAYS. Not leave you for some ho-bag at work. With the person you have become, you are going to find the most amazing love that will last because of this experience. That is what you deserve!!!!

I am doing fine. Was up, then down, then up again with this woman I met. I'm just enjoying getting to know her right now and sometimes spending a few moments with her. I had to remind myself to keep practicing the skills I learned here! They help in ALL relationships! I'd tell you a lot more, but just don't feel comfortable doing it for the whole world to see! lol
