Two years ago I went on HCG and went from 280 down to 219. As soon as I stopped I went back to my old habits and went up to 258 over a year long period. In September I joined a gym and started watching calorie intake. I have bulked up my arms and chest, and I am now at 205. Friday I got with the gyms personal trainer and he helped me setup a training plan to get me down to 170 and flatten my stomach.
