Busting, I have been much the same, I've always pushed down my true feelings, not wanting anyone to dislike me, acquiesced, and then became resentful.

Eventually I would blow, usually over some insignificant thing.

I'm not saying be rude, just say what you want or don't want.

These layers are tough to shed but look how far you've come.
