I think you are doing a good job of DBing most of the time...it is very hard to always been right on the mark. Are you working with a DB coach, because the value in that is that they can guide you as to what to say and do as different situations come up. Also, they help you stay strong and on track, making it more likely that you are bringing him closer and not pushing him further away. There is a $30 discount on coaching today.
