Yep, sounds like your boss actually sees how hard you work! BRAVO! Those kind of thanks are few and far between.

Your D14 sounds like an amazing young lady and she is that way because she has a mom who is open with her and guides her to make good choices and be true to herself. That is the best gift any parent can give. Her dad is missing out on all of the wonderful gifts her could have had from raising his kids. Unfortunately, your kids pay the price for it. Hopefully, someday, he will wake up and realize how badly he has hurt his children but until then....keep being their rock!
