Some progress after 2+ months of DBing

I'm feeling a bit stressed as H is out at an IT seminar that is being held at the communal workplace where he first met POW. He's also said he's really busy this week and that he won't be around much.

I just saw him v briefly this morning. He asked if I was feeling depressed which took me off guard because I didn't think I was acting depressed or anything but then remembered that he's assuming that I'm off the ADs.

He did text me this evening to say that there were only 3 people taking the class. I'm worried that POW is one of them.

There is nothing I can do about it. I just need to carry on with GAL and being the wife that only a fool would leave...
