Wendy, not to get all medical on you but why can't you take something for the neutropenia (Neupogen/filgastrim)? Are you sure the neutropenia is not genetic? It could be. Sorry, I am somewhat of an armchair doctor.

Wendylon, I'm not sure how you find out. My thread was pretty much "cut off" so I was forced to start a new one. I would just start a new one now that you're thinking about it.
Sorry you've had all these ordeals with meds. I went through a rough time with my health about 6 years ago, and that's when my H told me he started to think about D. He said he didn't mention anything bc he thought I couldn't "take it." So instead of talking about his fears/feelings or trying to help me through the problem, he kept it all to himself. Once it all came out, he said I had too many health issues. All those issues are now gone, thank God. But the psychological damage remained. A lot of men can't deal with medical problems in their spouses or children, or even in themselves. I've read about this...

When starting a new thread give everyone a quick recap of your stitch in the first post, and add a link to the previous thread for people to click on in case they want to look back.
