The thread I was looking for dates back to possibly 2000-2002 and it was called Going Dark - 101. Since it is so old, it most likely has been deleted from the forum.
Sit quietly, the answers will reveal themselves when you least expect them to. The past is gone, the present is a gift and you need to focus on today, allow the future to reveal itself when it is ready.
