I don't see it as messed up your chance. I don't think this is that much about you, as much as you'd like it to be. So you could fix it and make it up to her. I see you see the need for some changes. That's a good thing. But I think there's more to this, for the record
Glad you're finding your voice. I think that's critical no matter what comes about. I think if you're going to have a chance, finding your voice will be part of the key.
