Now, let him figure out all this for himself, stay back, he has to do the hard work, the embarrassing work (he is going to feel like a complete idiot once this reality fully sinks in). If he tries to pull you in to much, politely decline, nicely saying something like "This is your decision to make (or "for you to figure out"), I trust you to find what works for you"...you know what I mean...
