Thanks everyone. I confirmed with my lawyer that H's numbers are twisted in his favor and I confirmed with the mediator that he and H never had a discussion regarding a guardian ad litem. So again, lies, twists and manipulation. Wash, rinse repeat.
I sent an email to H stating if he has a proposal to lay it out in writing and I will go over it. The ball is in his court.
