My H is trying to make me feel guilty because I don't want to use a mediator. He wants to make the decisions on what's fair for everyone. HELLO!!!???!!! He hasn't made a good decision on what's best for me and our Ds for months!! There is no way in heck that he is going to be in charge. He wants to know who I'm using for a lawyer. I haven't answered that question. Don't plan on any time soon. You will find that you have strength and courage you never thought you had. Don't give in to your H. Stand strong. Hey TJ -- This is a tricky topic I found that when I stopped fighting my wife on the divorce/seperation she stopped pursuing it.
When ever she says I am getting a mediator I say no problem and she never follows through.
My wife still lives in our house albeit seperate rooms but she hasn't sen a lawyer in 7 months - why - I don't know but you know what SHE DON'T KNOW EITHER --
Maybe Snodderly or T2 will advise you more - cuz I don't know.
