Just caught up on your thread. Hang in there, it is such a long journey and definitely sounds like your H is in crisis.

In the early months the only thing that kept me going was hope. Just walk to the light.

You can make it out of this darkness. Go easy on yourself. Treat yourself to nice small things. What you are going through is so hard.
