I misunderstood, I read that you thought it would be odd to run into her in a place she frequents. Now I think you meant you would feel odd seeing her.
MAYBE but the way he wrote it I thought he meant to say it's "NOT a place she frequents so it'd be odd to see her". IF IT IS a place she frequents, it'd be LIKELY to see her...!!!
So do you mean, it'd FEEL WEIRD to see her? Then don't go!
Why are you going if you don't want to feel "odd" or weird or bad? Don't go if you can't handle it AND expect her to wear something YOU find too revealing, okay?
But once that dress uniform is on YOU, (I'm a veteran and my h has been deployed to the Middle East for awhile now--SIGH)
YOU wear it with pride and confidence.
No drinking so much that you puke on it,
OR make a scene with your wife. NO SIR! Behave with Honor, strength and dignity while in uniform
